      THE WEDDING OF THE WEEK
      NEWMAN - BRADY WEDDING. The wedding took place on Saturday
      the 27th August between Mary Maud, second daughter of Mr. and
      Mrs. W. G. Brady, of West Midland, and Robert Charles, second son
      of Mr. and Mrs. J. Newman, of Bunjil. The bride wore a charming
      gown of lace over heavy satin, featuring a very full skirt and long
      train, whilst Matron of Honor Stella Brady, looked very smart in
      mauve marquisette, with trimming of coffee lace. The bridesmaids
      Misses Shirley Brady and Margaret Kelly, wore similar styles in shades
      of pink and blue, and flower girl Margaret Knights, looked very
      sweet in daffodil taffeta and carried old world basket of daffodils and
      gerberas. The reception was held in the Friendly Societies Hall, Mid
      land and was attended by 90 guests of the young couple.
